ocr: Reslice - Reconstructs a 2D image from the mage volume contained in the current stack. Use the straight line selection toolt to select rrere the reconstruction will be done. You will be prompted for the slice thicknessdisplacement between slices in the stack) in pixels if this information has not been previously entered. To try out the Reslice command, a sample MRI yolume consisting of 27 5mm slices is avallable Yia anonymous ftp from alw.nih.goy, in the directory pub/imagelimage.
